A. Yes, we most certainly do! (SHIPPING IS ON HOLD UNTIL OUR SITE IS UPDATED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING.)
Q. What is the best way to keep the cookies fresh after I receive them?
A. Our cookies do not contain added preservatives. They taste best when eaten fresh within a few days. The best way to preserve your cookies is placing them in a sealed container or freezer safe zip lock bag and freezing them for up to two months. Upon receiving your cookies, you can eat them straight from the box or bag. For some warm cookie love, remove packaging if wrapped and pop them into a microwave for 10-15 seconds in five second increments to warm them up or you can reheat them in a preheated 350-degree oven for five minutes. We do not recommend reheating frosted cookies. Caveat: Be sure to keep an eye on your cookies if using this method as all ovens and or microwaves can differ in temperature. Top with your favorite ice-cream for an extra treat.
Q. How do you package your cookies for shipping.
A. Our cookies are packaged with love and the utmost care. We take great pride in our packaging just as we do our cookies. You will find each cookie individually sealed for shipping to retain freshness. The boxes we use are heavy duty. Upon opening the box you'll also find cookie care instructions.
Q. What days do you ship?
A. Please note that we only ship on Monday-Wednesday for Oregon. This helps to ensure maximum freshness. For out of state orders, we ship on Monday and Tuesdays only. Orders placed Wednesday-Sunday WILL SHIP OUT THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.
Q. Can I pick up my cookies?
A. Yes, you sure can. Orders placed for local pick-up will be ready the next business day or depending on our cookie booking schedule. Just give us a call!
Q. What kinds of cookies do you serve?
A. We have an ever-growing menu. Our flavors change weekly, but one thing remains the same- you can always find our two-house faves such as OG Chocolate Chip and Chocolate Peanut Butter Explosion.
Q. Do you cater events?
A. No, not at this time. However, we will deliver and set up for an additional fee.

A. Absolutely, we sure do for a small delivery charge. At the moment we deliver to Grants Pass Or., Merlin Or., Medford Or. And Ashland Or.
Q. Can I pay when you deliver?
A. No, all orders must be paid before delivery. No COD. We do this for the ease and safety of our delivery drivers.
